She is also the firm’s Human Resources Partner, a role very compatible with her compassionate nature and keen interest in the welfare of both staff and clients.
Until 1987, Nancy was mainly involved in the audit of local government. She then moved to Sydney to work for KPMG as an auditor and complete her professional year with the Institute of Chartered Accountants. She returned to Bathurst in 1989 and rejoined the firm at that time.
Nancy became the firm’s first female partner in 1998.
Nancy grew up in Bathurst, NSW and completed her HSC at what was then known as the Diocesan Girls' Catholic High School. She joined Morse Group in 1981, where she worked while completing a Bachelor of Business in accounting.
Nancy lives on a farm with her husband and two boys. She is an avid fan of bushwalking and all things Australian.
