Jane's vast knowledge and experience, gained from senior roles with Kellogg Brown & Root, Murray Darling Basin Commission and most recently Rio Tinto in Central NSW, provides our clients with a valuable management resource. With tertiary qualifications in Business Management, HR Management and Workplace Relations, Jane has a high capacity for flexible problem solving.
Through 20 years of working in complex and multi-faceted HR environments in Australia and internationally she also has expertise in workplace relations, human resource management, OH&S and business management.
Jane began her career as a personal staffer with a number of senior members of Federal Parliament before joining the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Following three postings to Burma, Vanuatu and Cambodia, Jane completed her post-graduate qualifications in workplace relations and HR management. After two years specialising in HR policy and workplace relations she moved to Indonesia to work as a Project Manager on an economic governance initiative.
Born and bred in central NSW, Jane has returned to share her solid HR knowledge across the region and is available to assist local businesses with any HR, OH&S or workplace relations matter.
