She became a partner in 2006 after 5 years as our audit manager in Bathurst.
An intense interest in professional development has seen Leanne involved in training programmes with the Institute of Chartered Accountants while maintaining extremely high standards in our own audit procedures.
Prior to joining Morse Group, Leanne was finance and administration manager with Miranda Wines Pty Ltd in Griffith where she supervised all administrative and accounting functions for that company.
Leanne graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney in 1993 with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting. During her studies Leanne worked with the audit division of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu where she was involved in the audit of manufacturing firms, importers, hotels, and property companies.
In 1996, Leanne left the profession to take up a position in commerce. She commenced work as the Property Accountant for MID Sydney Pty Ltd, owner/operator of the Chifley Tower. Whilst there, she was responsible for outgoings management, long term budgeting and statutory reporting. This broad experience allows Leanne to bring a ‘big picture’ perspective to our audit work.
She is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Certified Internal Auditor.
