Profile:

Justin commenced his career in 1990 as a Business Services Accountant for a regional accounting practice based in Dubbo. In 1996 Justin joined Morse Group and initiated computerised accounting services for clients throughout the firm. At the same time Justin provided consulting services in all areas of accounting and taxation for a wide range of clients. In 1999 Justin became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and in 2001 became a Partner of Morse Group.

With a client base that consists largely of small and medium family and private businesses in the construction, medical, real estate, property development, primary production and retail industries, Justin provides a broad range of taxation, family business and financial advice.

Justin was a Member of the CPA (NSW Division) Small Medium Enterprise Committee in 2008 – 2009 and since 2010 Justin has been a Member of the CPA (NSW Division) Public Practice Committee and is now the Chair of the same for 2015 and 2016. Justin has been appointed to the CPA Australia Public Practice Advisory Committee for 2016 and 2017. He has also been a past member of the Australian Taxation Office NSW Regional Tax Practitioner Working Group from June 2010 to July 2013.

Justin's favourite pastime is rugby union, having previously been the President of Bathurst Junior Rugby Club, previous Treasurer of Bathurst Bulldogs Rugby Club, previous coach of Central West Junior Rugby.

As Managing Partner, Justin has leadership and effective management of Morse Group, managing profitability and overall performance of Morse Group.

Justin is based out of the Bathurst office, but also services Blayney, Oberon & Orange.
